  • All Exhibitors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance - see the links below.
  • Only one company to a booth. Sorry, no sister companies, partners or consultants. Booths cannot be
    shared by two companies. If a company has it's own web presence, they will need to register separately.

Booth Information
Freeman  
Access to Freeman's site for all booth  information; Furnishings, AV, Electrical,
Set-up/Tear-down, Shipping labels, etc.  Note: Electrical and Wi-Fi are provided by PSAV.

E.A.C. Form - Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
If you are not using Freeman, your contractor will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance to
the Utility Payment Conference. The information is listed below.
